Overview:
The Clinic Manager oversees the daily functions of the CRM clinic, ensuring efficient operations in Bakersfield. This role is pivotal in guiding both clinical and support staff, including physical and occupational therapists.

The individual in this position is tasked with maintaining optimal staffing levels and supervising the activities of therapists, therapy assistants, and aides.Reporting Structure:
The CRM Clinical Manager reports directly to the CRM Director and collaborates closely with the management team at the Bakersfield facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrives at work as scheduled each day.Exhibits a cooperative and team-oriented attitude.Collaborates effectively as a team member, supporting the Mission, Vision, and Values of Southern California Orthopedic Institute.Adheres to SCOI Policies and Procedures.Strives for patient satisfaction and high-quality service.Develops and implements rehabilitation programs tailored to meet the needs of patients, including those focused on elite sports performance.Encourages the professional growth of CRM clinicians by facilitating training opportunities, subspecialty certifications, conference participation, and fostering relationships with SCOI physicians.Provides strong leadership in managing clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, promoting a culture of trust and teamwork, maintaining compliance with regulations, and enhancing productivity.Builds and sustains high-performing clinical teams dedicated to quality service delivery, achieving key performance metrics, and optimizing operational performance while ensuring compliance.Oversees PTO requests and time management for clinical staff, ensuring adequate coverage for patient care.Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures; participates in developing and implementing new policies as necessary.Assists the director with departmental planning and development initiatives.Engages in direct patient care, meeting the productivity standards established by the CRM Director.Patient Care Responsibilities:Evaluates patients referred for occupational therapy.Establishes individualized treatment plans for each patient.Administers treatment using accepted modalities aimed at helping patients achieve their functional goals.Delivers treatment safely, considering the physical demands of the role.Completes all patient documentation on the same day services are provided.Professional Development:Participates in a minimum of 30 contact hours of continuing education annually, including up to 10 hours through SCOI-sponsored educational opportunities.Maintains licensure as issued by the State of California and remains in good standing with the Office of Inspector General and California Board of Occupational Therapy.Holds current CPR certification for healthcare providers.Evaluates the clinical expertise and performance of therapists, providing constructive feedback and assisting with performance evaluations as required.Contributes to recruitment efforts for new therapists, promoting the CRM brand.Job Type:

$68.00 per hour
