Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive treatment and care plans tailored to each patient.
  • Collaborate with patients' physicians to maintain a consistent standard of care.
  • Document daily activities in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Utilize independent judgment to implement effective treatment strategies.
  • Assess and report on patients' progress regularly.
  • Assist administrative personnel with billing and reporting inquiries.
  • Adhere to federal and state regulations governing physical therapy practice.
Qualifications:
  • Valid state license required
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to patient outcomes
