Position Overview:
The Clinical Operations Manager is accountable for overseeing the daily functions of the rehabilitation clinic. This role involves supervising and guiding both clinical and support personnel, including physical and occupational therapists.

The manager is tasked with ensuring optimal staffing levels and directing the activities of therapy professionals and assistants.


Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services and collaborates closely with management teams at the clinic.

  • Provides effective leadership and management of clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, fostering a culture of trust and teamwork, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Builds and sustains high-performing clinical teams focused on delivering quality services and achieving performance metrics.
  • Manages requests for time off and ensures adequate coverage for patient care.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies and contributes to the development of new procedures as necessary.
  • Assists the director with departmental planning and initiatives.
  • Engages in direct patient care while meeting productivity standards.

Clinical Duties:
  • Evaluates patients referred for therapy.
  • Establishes individualized treatment plans.
  • Delivers treatment using established modalities aimed at helping patients achieve their functional goals.
  • Ensures safe delivery of treatment while considering job-related physical demands.
  • Completes all necessary patient documentation on the same day services are provided.

Professional Development:
  • Participates in a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education annually, with some hours potentially from company-sponsored events.
  • Maintains a valid Physical Therapy License in good standing.
  • Holds current CPR certification for healthcare providers.
  • Evaluates the performance of therapy staff and provides constructive feedback.
  • Assists in recruiting new therapists and promoting the clinic's brand.

Employment Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
$68.00 per hour
