Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at our Bakersfield clinic. As a Physical Therapist with Golden Bear Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for devising detailed treatment plans, communicating with physicians, and documenting patient progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients' physicians to ensure consistent care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Exercise independent judgment to implement effective treatment combinations
  • Evaluate and report on patients' progress
  • Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries
  • Comply with federal and state physical therapy regulations
