We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Director. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care by developing and implementing effective treatment plans, while also overseeing the operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including staff management and patient flow
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physical therapy
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the clinic, including identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an orthopedic setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
