What you will be doing...

  • Provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.
  • Perform customer service functions by answering team member requests and questions
  • Coordinate the recruitment of hourly positions for First Class Air Support, Cargo Repair, and other subsidiaries
  • Assist with testing, launch, and support of new HR tools and procedures
  • Responsible for all onboarding procedures, including the submission of background checks and drug screenings for new hires
  • Guide exiting team members through separation process
  • Support department with process improvements
  • Assist in the administration on annual performance reviews and open enrollment
  • Take charge in new hire reporting and leave management
  • Act as a backup for payroll
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What we are looking for...

You will need to have:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet all deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • A minimum of one year experience working in an HR setting

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with ADP Workforce Now
