The Seasonal HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the HR and production teams during our busy season. This position is responsible for managing daily HR activities, including assisting with new hires and employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Flow Management: Provide support for candidate flow from staffing agencies and internal candidates.
- New Hire Orientation: Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Reporting and Data Management: Prepare and maintain reports, as well as maintain an app-based staffing platform.
- Employee Support: Answer basic employee inquiries and provide assistance with various administrative duties.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office, and ability to correctly retrieve and input data.
- Availability: Must be available to work in the office Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
