Role

Confiant is seeking a remote Customer Success Leader to guide our Platforms Team and facilitate seamless connections between our technical and product teams, and our clients. In this role, you will leverage your AdTech industry, technical account management, and business development experience to strategically guide and support our clients with solutions that address our clients' unique challenges. Our technology is mission-critical to our clients, and your leadership will contribute to our collective success through a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Platform client accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Support our Customers and respond to ongoing customer demands, issues and requests.
  • Lead the implementation of our technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and successful adoption by clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Support, Engineering, Product and Operations to develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with client goals.
  • Work closely with leadership and product to discover new business and product opportunities beyond natural customer expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Customer Success Platforms Team

Requirements

As a member of the Confiant team, the Customer Success Leader needs to be comfortable in a role that requires constant learning, maintaining regular communication with team members, working collaboratively across teams, adapting to changing circumstances, and embodying Confiant's values.

  • 7+ years of proven experience in a client-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting, preferably in Advertising Technology.
  • Working experience in the AdTech industry, ideally at an SSP, DSP or AdTech solutions provider, with a deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem.
  • Experience and ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • A skilled manager able to mentor team members and guide them through complex customer success/account management situations.
  • An extensive technical background with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, understandable terms.
  • Knowledge of contract language and terms, and the ability to discuss/negotiate terms internally and with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in creating, optimizing, and following processes
  • A proven track record of forward and innovative thinking, capable of understanding complex business challenges and translating them into actionable solutions.
  • Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends within data to anticipate issues before they significantly impact clients
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent ability to follow-through, be transparent and accountable.
  • Service-minded, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Currently located in the US or Canada and are able to work mostly within the Eastern Time zone hours.
