Position Summary
e.l.f. Cosmetics is looking for an Application Delivery Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. The Application Delivery Manager will be both the Product Owner and Product Manager of e.l.f.'s Products eco-system. This hands-on role has a customer-first mentality to ensure our internal teams get the best service in the fastest and most efficient manner. This role will partner with e.l.f. business teams in the use of applications to support everything related to our Products.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the IT Products team. The team consists of applications used to develop Products @ e.l.f. These include systems for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Information Management (PIM), Formulas, and Digital Storage
- Create a roadmap of the Products eco-system tied to clear business goals and strategic objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize define requirements, designs, solutions, and priorities for applications used in the Products eco-system
- Drive adoption of the Products eco-system platforms
- Create scalability of team – define the resources needed to support the growing number of applications used used in the e.l.f. product development area
- Provide solutions and make best practice recommendations to various levels of management
- Implement higher level of thinking and help challenge and drive new ways to speed up business processes.
- Maintains key relations with e.l.f. Business Partners
Requirements:
- BA or BS required and 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner (Business or IT)
- Must have experience with PLM (Centric preferred)
- Experience with PIM systems a plus
- Beauty industry, retail background and/or eCommerce strongly preferred
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
- Experience building up onshore/offshore teams (up to 24x7 model)
- Mature understanding of application service processes and workflow
- Demonstrated customer orientation and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain staff.
- Competency in basic PC use and required tools
