We are seeking a Business Analyst for the Global Investigations Payments Platform. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the process of translating business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables. Acts as liaison between business unit and application development and testing teams. Participates in design, development and implementation of payments investigation applications. Serves as a fully seasoned, proficient resource on payments. Participates as an individual contributor on projects, completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Often provides oversight and guidance to other business and systems analysts. Works under minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and analytical skills required. Ability to focus on the right level of detail. Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:Performs analysis of the business goals, objectives, and needs of the general business environment for our line of businessUnderstanding of payment flows among applications, operations groups, and resulting accounting in multiple regionsPerforms research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to partners, project team, manager, etcTranslates business requirements into Epics, stories and tasks in JiraWorks with development and testing teams to deliver solutionsUnderstands business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiencyUtilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive mannerIdentifies and implements best practices and suggests how to improve current practicesRequired Qualifications:7-10 years experience as a business analystExperience gathering and documenting user requirements and partnering to build a high-level design documentExperienced in message standards such as SWIFT & ISO2022Experience working alongside a technical team (i.e., Programmers, QA s, vendor resources)Good knowledge of agile practices and methodologiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and analytical skillsAbility to focus on the right level of detailHands on experience in banking payment system and clearing integrationsDesired Qualifications:Self-motivated and detailed-orientedPega applications knowledgeGood interpersonal skillsShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
