Cucculleli Shaheen is hiring a Sales Director who will be responsible for strategically driving growth with our direct and retailer accounts by cultivating new relationships and identifying opportunities to expand business with existing accounts, as well as developing plans to enter new markets. You will collaborate cross functionally with internal partners to incorporate account feedback into the design development process, while collaborating effectively with external partners to optimize ongoing direct client and retail partnerships. QualificationsBachelor's Degree7-8 years of relevant experienceLuxury background required. Strong understanding of the luxury market, including consumer preferences, competitor landscape, and distribution channelsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales goalsStrategic thinker with analytical capabilities to assess market data and make data-driven decisionsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and direct clientsFamiliarity with major US retailersSelf-starter with ability to organize and manage workload and work independently
Scope of WorkCultivate new partnerships and maintain existing relationships with key direct clientsPartner with marketing and visual teams to facilitate the development of branded collateral where required and optimize placement in storesOversee communications and feedback between direct and retail clients and internal partners in Design, Production, Operations and MarketingRegularly audit and track inbound and outbound shipments; effectively monitor sales with key accountsResponsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share Manage and mentor sales team in best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performanceOversee collections for each account using selling history and market trends and to ensure the brand image is represented properlyMonitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate accurate sales forecasts and reportsUse insights to optimize sales strategies and resource allocationResponsible for editing/merchandising and pricing collection with design, production and sales team prior to marketReview and present retailer buys to the Co-Founders for review and approvalResponsible for retailer's profitability managing markdowns, inventory and saleOrganize and manage Trunk ShowsPresent collections and make recommendations based on sales performance, current trendsProcess orders and ensure all bookings are allocated and invoiced in a timely mannerProvide the highest level of customer service and follow through on orders and deliveries for all accountsServe as brand ambassador, demonstrating professionalism at all timesDevelop seasonal collection strategy briefs and marketing plans for key accounts and select direct clientele Seek out opportunities to maximize use of inventory to achieve the most profitabilityHandle directly and/or manage Head Stylist in all direct client sales from initial inquiry through delivery and post-delivery follow up, including all correspondence, showroom appointments, and fittings
