Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work under little supervision and provide support of project management functions to other departmental employees.
  • Track and report on all open IOPs using Tableau, Excel, or other software.
  • Assist Project Managers with project documentation and making updates to project data.
  • Assist with project set-up for new projects.
  • Follow up on all initial orders to obtain all information required to deliver parts to customer.
  • Maintain and update status for all initial orders in SAP.
  • Maintain and report the status of initial orders to management
  • Maintain database, and automatic report generation of the SAP reports for the weekly team review. (Tableau, or Excel's pivot table).
  • Maintain / improve internal systems as they relate to Project Management.

Your Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry and technical experience
  • At least three (3) years project management experience applied to technical product/field
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications
  • Work independently to perform and complete tasks while being detail oriented
  • Positive individual and team attitude

Preferred:

  • Experience with SAP and Tableau
  • Understanding of quality processes
