Job Description

The Manufacturing Process Engineer's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Providing technical support to the Manufacturing Team, including troubleshooting production issues, offering solutions, and leading training initiatives.Partnering with manufacturing and engineering teams to enhance product and process quality.Working closely with engineering to design and execute Verification and Validation processes on production lines.Collaborating with R&D to smoothly transition products throughout the full product lifecycle, from development through production. Supporting manufacturing and engineering teams in creating prototypes.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Manufacturing Process Engineer will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specializing in complex mechanical or electro-mechanical devicesExperience working in an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 environment is preferred, but not required.Proven experience in transitioning products from engineering prototypes to production, including: Optimizing assembly processesDesigning and fabricating assembly and test fixturesCreating detailed assembly documentation (e.g., work instructions, schematics)Conducting process and product verification and validationProficient in interpreting GD&T on mechanical and optical drawingsAbility to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematicsExperienced in using SolidWorks or similar CAD software What's on Offer
