  • Engineering Changes: Assist manufacturing in implementing engineering changes.
  • New Process Implementation: Participate in new process implementation, product transfer, and process validation.
  • Key Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report key metrics and develop improvement plans.
  • Internal Audits: Lead and complete internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Lean Concepts: Apply Lean concepts to reduce waste and variation in plant processes.
  • Safety and Quality Procedures: Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality protocols.
  • 5S and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Quality, Chemical, or related engineering field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D problem-solving methodology, statistical methods, certification, leadership, communication, analytical skills, problem resolution, project management.
  • Knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, internal auditor experience.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player with ability to work within cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and active communication skills.
