- Engineering Changes: Assist manufacturing in implementing engineering changes.
- New Process Implementation: Participate in new process implementation, product transfer, and process validation.
- Key Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report key metrics and develop improvement plans.
- Internal Audits: Lead and complete internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Lean Concepts: Apply Lean concepts to reduce waste and variation in plant processes.
- Safety and Quality Procedures: Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality protocols.
- 5S and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Quality, Chemical, or related engineering field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent.
- Skills: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D problem-solving methodology, statistical methods, certification, leadership, communication, analytical skills, problem resolution, project management.
- Knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, internal auditor experience.
- Teamwork: Strong team player with ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and active communication skills.
- Autonomy: Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Strong Ethical Conduct: Demonstrated strong ethical conduct and integrity.
- Teamwork: Teamwork-oriented with ability to prioritize projects and adapt to changing situations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain composure under stressful situations.
