EisnerAmper is seeking a M&A Systems Administrator to work in our Enterprise Technology Division. In this role you will design the process, test, and migrate data into a target environment from a multitude of data sources to satisfy firm requirements. You will provide the data migration plan for approval to the M&A lead.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Confirm data migration techniques and methodologies to be used, adjust as necessary to adhere to any restrictions and limitations for use of technology, tools
  • To collaborate within dynamic project teams, to facilitate the build and delivery of workflow solutions
  • Provision user/application accounts, distribution lists and other objects to meet the needs of each integration
  • Understanding the importance of maintaining positive relationships throughout and beyond every project process
  • Self-management of working within multiple concurrent projects
  • Document, review, and confidently communicate project deliverables to M&A team members
  • Procurement of licenses and hardware an updating of inventory and consolidation of legacy assets
  • Identify risks that could impact a successful migration
  • Analyzing, documenting, and communicating migration details following implementation to take a constructive approach to continuous improvement
  • Audit existing data systems and deployments and identify errors or areas for improvement
  • Write custom scripts to help clean and validate data during the migration

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience related to computer technology, network infrastructure, systems and applications, security, and storage
  • 2+ years of experience with migrating large data sets (file shares, databases, SharePoint), servers, and applications

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external IT support, senior leadership, project teams and individuals
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic project management role requiring pro-active task, resource, and time management
