Job Responsibilities:
Returning orders utilizing the SCom System. Process transfers to stores and Sell Off. Re-ship items to existing customers. Communicate regularly with Customer Service to ensure timely response to customer inquiries. Attention to detail and productivity are key, as well as positive attitude and flexibility. Read and follow written instructions and follow all Returns guidelines. Effectively communicate in verbal and written formats. Work in a team environment. Maintain Returns files as per departmental standards Must have problem-solving skills Other duties as assigned by the Returns Supervisor or Manager Job Requirements:
High School Degree or GED required. 1-5 years of experience in a Returns environment, retail, wholesale, or direct-to-consumer warehouse operations. Verbal and written communication skills. Communicate in a timely and appropriate manner to all levels. Demonstrate well-developed analytical and problem solving skill set. Take ownership of assigned area. Good computer skills and learn new systems quickly. Dependable, work with a sense of urgency. Demonstrated past performance containing high energy and delivering positive results. Utilize the SCom, Blue Martini, Green Martini, Locator, SDV & C-Smart system as required. Excellent organizational and efficiency skills Exceed all KPI (Quality and Productivity indicators) metrics for the Returns Department operation. Work weekend shifts or over-time, as needed. The incumbent must meet physical requirements including but not limited to: standing for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly, walking long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs repeatedly, and manual dexterity of hands to process orders, push or pull up to 50 lbs. Must distinguish between colors. Manual dexterity of hands to properly prepare items for put-away, transfer or reship to customers. Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and maintain spreadsheets and other files. Must pass background screening check. Thank you for your interest in Saks.
