Your main tasks will include handling all tourist inquiries at the i-Point in the town hall, processing group inquiries and creating offers, coordination, organization and billing of city tours, support/assistance for the tourism promoter, coordination, organization and billing of volunteer shifts at the i-Point in the town hall, and coordinating support for directing general public traffic in the town hall. You will also have the opportunity to work on occasional evening and weekend assignments at events and fairs.
