We're seeking an ambitious and self-driven Salesperson to represent our products across the region.

While this role is not fully remote, you will spend the majority of your time in the field working closely with growers.

Your responsibilities will include prospecting new business and nurturing existing accounts within your designated area.\r

Role Overview:
\r

\r
As a Sales Representative at Titan AG, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions. Your primary focus will be building and nurturing relationships with growers. You'll spend approximately 85% of your time engaging directly with them, discovering their current successes and challenges. Your role involves designing tailored seed, chemical, and fertilizer programs to address their needs, boost yields, and enhance ROI.

Success in this role will come from your ability to learn about our products, communicate their benefits clearly, and offer practical solutions in terms farmers can relate to.

Key Responsibilities:

\tExpand our seed and chemical market share.\r
\tIdentify, target, and engage potential accounts with a strategic approach.\r
\tImplement sales strategies to establish and maintain a strong market presence.\r
\tAssist with on-farm trials to showcase product performance.\r
\tUse data-driven insights to foster growth and drive sales.\r
\tManage expenses, marketing programs, and sales forecasts to ensure profitable outcomes.\r
\tMaintain timely sales reporting and assist with collecting overdue accounts.\r
\tUphold a positive image of Titan AG and adhere to our company code of conduct.\r
\tSupport team members and represent Titan AG positively at trade shows and conferences.\r

\r

Qualifications:
\r

\r
\r
\tBachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.\r
\t3+ years of successful sales experience, including cold calling.\r
\t2+ years in the agriculture sector.\r
\tDemonstrated initiative, assertiveness, and results-oriented approach.\r
\tProficient in computer and presentation tools.\r
\tAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\r
\tStrong skills in presentation, negotiation, and closing.\r
\tSelf-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and exceed goals.\r
\tCertified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification is a plus.\r
\tCapability to perform required physical activities and travel as needed.\r
