We are looking for someone that has great Administration Assistant/Receptionist experience in the north Ormond Beach Area. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing support and performing clerical tasks.* There is full-time and a part-time opportunity available working for a great local company. 2 shifts available during these hours* (Mon-Sat 9:00am - 6:00pm) and (Sun 12:00 -6:00 ).
Responsibilities:
Enjoy working with the general public and being the first point of contact.
Follow up on customer questions, in-person, email and/or phone.
Answer the main line of a moderately busy office.
Communicate with customers to accept payments via in-person, phone, or email
Assist department(s) with general clerical duties, data entry, filing, coping, mail, correspondence, etc.
Manage department schedules.
Enjoy working in a team environment.

Must have intermediate experience with Excel and Word.
