Position: Intellect, Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The Account Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying data monetization opportunities within the healthcare life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly within clinical and real-world data.


Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospective clients within the data commercialization space.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
Conduct presentations to showcase the value proposition of our Intellect solution and address client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including provider services, product development, and the delivery services team, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in the data commercialization space to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related documentation as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key data buyers, understanding their needs and positioning Medicom's offerings effectively.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring alignment with Medicom's commercial goals.

Qualifications
5+ years of proven sales experience within life sciences and real-world data.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of real-world data sets and the life science industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Office Suite.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and tradeshow events.
A clinical background would be a plus.

Salary:
Base $100-115K + Commission
