This role will be responsible for sustaining existing customer-based solutions and customer experience that drive optimal outcomes for the US commercial and clinical teams across multiple product platforms to drive growth, efficiency, and performance

Job Summary:

The Clinical Solutions Manager will be responsible for developing clinical solutions in line with business objectives by identifying customer needs and working with internal stakeholders to develop value-added products/services that meet those needs. The position requires a strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations, as well as experience in product development, marketing, or sales. The successful candidate will have excellent communication,, both written and verbal, highly organized and skilled in excel, and be able to work effectively across different departments and levels within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with analytics partner to track key metrics in relation to solution offerings
  • Coordinate with quality team to ensure timely submission of date to comply with PMS quality requests
  • Ensure commercial team is compliant and supported in customer engagement agreements- liaison between legal team, customers, and commercial team to remove barriers and ensure compliance
  • Support the implementation of solution programs designed to drive innovation, standardization, and utilization across the US MDS portfolios
  • Support all requests to aggregate, compare, manually calculate or visualize data that falls outside of automated tools
  • Support cross-BU development of clinical solutions/offerings
  • Deliver on key business objectives that promote growth in alignment with the US MDS product and innovation opportunities
  • Responsible for the development, execution, maintenance, and oversight of the Customer Experience program for US MDS utilizing the Qualtrics platform
  • Support LMS access and content questions through monitoring of LMS group mailboxes
  • Coordination closely with customer solutions and training and education sr managers to support field and customer requests
  • Support customer success stories from solution engagements-

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience within a hospital setting. Managerial experience preferred.
  • Nursing Degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in providing and working with US MDS key customers around solutions to demonstrate the BD value proposition
  • Experienced in sales, or clinical sales implementation of medical devices
  • Demonstrated success in customer relationship management
  • Strong presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and project management capabilities

Competencies

  • Demonstrates high degree of learning agility and is a skilled "solutions" based professional
  • Experience in a hospital environment in a customer facing role understanding current and future market trends within the US Healthcare environment
  • Market knowledge of 6+ years of industry experience
  • Driven for Success and record of timely and effective execution in spite of multiple/conflicting priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both oral, written and presentation
  • Excellent Project Management Skills as demonstrated by ability to define scope and resources required, as well as execute project deliverables. Highly effective interpersonal skills and Emotional Intelligence that has resulted in positive relationship building, cultural savvy, openness, and good teamwork, all with a high degree of ethical standardsTrack record of Continuous and Versatile Learning , both formal and informal (by observation, by doing, and learning from mistakes)
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Experience with working with key associations in US either professional on a personal level, or within industry
  • Excellent internal/external relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
