The Business Operations & Strategy team within Media Technology & Operations (MT&O) is seeking a skilled Sr. Manager, Strategy and Business Operations to join our team. Within the MT&O organization, our team provides analysis to help guide strategic decision-making and clear communication with key internal and external stakeholders around the business. This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, preparing and communicating key strategic and operational analytics and supporting ongoing operations.

Your Role Accountabilities:

  • Data Analysis: Lead complex analyses from inception to execution, including scope definition, identification of required data points, define analysis timeline, and deliverables.
  • Work with team members and business partners to gather relevant information, navigate obstacles, and critically evaluate provided data.
  • Develop key insights, identify opportunities, and correlate data.
  • Strategy: Work with MT&O leadership team to define strategic objectives and ensure alignment to over-arching WBD strategy, specifically related to key technology adoption and operational efficiency across global media technology organization. Develop & maintain strategic roadmap documentation leveraging inputs from multiple sources.
  • Communication & Business Partnering: Partner with senior stakeholders to present insights and strategic recommendations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Partner with relevant teams to share desired strategies and help drive adoption and support. Coordinate with stakeholder teams to transition approved strategies to project execution. Develop compelling presentations to inform and enable key business decisions. Work with teams to develop OKR's (Objectives and Key Results), monitor progress, and remediate as needed.
  • Business Operations: Facilitate processes to enable effective management of departmental operations. Includes high degree of coordination with business teams across the organization and other support functions (Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Legal, People & Culture, etc.) Support operational teams in navigating new initiatives & requests successfully through appropriate review and approval processes
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and performance enhancement, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in management consulting with large global organizations in Media or Technology fields or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb and assess information, manage complexity and change, and synthesize the 'So What' for leadership and stakeholder teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to both understand and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel; mastery of formulas, formatting, pivot tables, and data analysis and modeling techniques
  • Advanced user of PowerBI / other data visualization tools
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, ability to help quickly craft presentations
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage others across various functional domains to bridge gaps, manage risk and accelerate analysis completion
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders to achieve objectives
  • Solid business acumen, critical problem-solving ability, with ability for strategic thinking

Not Required but preferred experience:

  • Media or Big 4 Strategy Experience
