- Assist the sales team booking and coordinating weddings, events, meetings, and conferences held at the hotel
- Respond promptly to requests from clients, providing requested information about the hotel
- Maintain ongoing communication via phone and email with guests, answering questions, and providing necessary assistance
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and event orders
- Prepare and distribute reports and documents
- Assist in managing room blocks and reservations for incoming groups
- Collaborate with various hotel departments (e.g., banquet, housekeeping, accounting, reservations) to ensure successful event execution
- Use customer relationship management software (CI/TY) to assist in tracking leads, sales activities, client information and to create event orders
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist the Hotel Leadership Team with special projects
