PRODUCTION / OFFICE MANAGER - Hybrid

The company is ideally looking for someone with about 3-5 years plus related fashion Production experience with strong administrative/organizational skills.
Basic Shopify and web housekeeping as needed with Influencer outreach, relationship management, and seeding.Will serve as Customer Service Rep for online and dropship orders and handle Shipvine management as well as managing shipment documentation for domestic and international packages and coordinating logistics with shipping partners.
Familiarity with HTS and GS1 a plus. Some light travel and must be flexible for shows in addition to office hours as needed.Will work closely with vendors concerning corresponding approvals, requesting samples, sending Order Commit, POs & confirming ship dates, handling production-related administration and coordination, such as organizing files, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
Will enter vendor's compliance guidelines, standards, and requirements, managing production and inventory spreadsheets, T&A manage relationships with department store partners: dropship, catalogue, compliance, handle product upload for dropship partners;following up with factories and vendors to obtain tracking numbers, delivery dates, production samples, and production updates.
Duties including scheduling, calendar management, meeting preparation/participation, handling package deliveries, tracking, and coordinating shipments with factories, warehouse, PR, influencers, general office management (file storage, facilities, office upkeep, mail)
The salary 100K to 115K (120K) and discretionary bonus and benefits
