Job Overview

The Director of Product for the Platform Solutions division will oversee the development of product offerings created by the centralized platform and engineering teams across Publicis Media. The product suite encompasses advanced Generative AI applications, comprehensive media operating systems for planning, investment, activation, and delivery, as well as dynamic creative and content solutions. This role entails leading all aspects of product management, user experience design, data science, and both front-end and back-end development teams.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, data partnerships, and technology partners, both within and outside the organization, to implement modular and intelligent design system functionalities within the platform.

Reporting to the Global Chief Solutions Architect, this hybrid position requires three days in the office each week. If selected for an interview, the recruiter will provide further details, including any necessary accommodations.

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

  • Deliver a cohesive product roadmap, platform as a service (PaaS) strategy, and self-service enablement features.
  • Develop a prioritized implementation strategy.
  • Conduct Agile scoping and requirements gathering sprints to tailor solutions based on prioritized needs and use cases.
  • Oversee all implementation and execution processes.
  • Maintain and manage an intellectual property library categorized by use case.
  • Log and prioritize future development sprints.

The Platform Product leader should possess extensive expertise in product management, strategic planning, and user experience, with direct experience in business development, product marketing, agency service frameworks, and organizational design.

  • Propel advancements in modular intelligent design systems for the organization.
  • Balance the development and maintenance of AI platforms, integrated planning, investment, activation/delivery, and cross-organization utilities.
  • Own program deliverables and maintain thorough documentation, including managing an IP library of use cases.
  • Develop solution hypotheses iteratively, informed by user research, industry trends, and market analysis.
  • Set objective goals for products with clear success and acceptance criteria using KPIs and measurable business outcomes.
  • Foster trusted relationships across various teams, organizations, and partners to encourage intentional collaboration.
  • Exhibit exceptional creative thinking, utilizing both data and intuition to guide decisions.
  • Maintain a strategic perspective while being attentive to detail.
