We are currently seeking candidates in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area to join our regional sales team.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area
- Experience in Life Sciences sales is highly preferred
- Minimum of seven years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and selling marketing solutions or professional services
- Proven track record of prospecting and increasing revenue in large accounts
- Significant experience in high-value sales ($250k+ per sale)
- Familiarity with various sales cycles, ranging from three to twelve months
- Stable career history with no more than three employers in the last decade
- Compensation structured around commissions and bonuses
- Preferably hold a four-year college degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential; Knowledge of web, SaaS, and mobile applications is a bonus
Compensation Package:
Compensation is uncapped and is tied to individual performance. We provide a base salary along with commissions linked to revenue generation, and an annual bonus based on revenue productivity and profitability. Additionally, in the initial two years, there are opportunities to earn bonuses for achieving sales-related key performance indicators.
Additional Perks:
Business Development Directors qualify for various performance management reward programs, including a yearly President's Club travel award. Other benefits consist of a car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and a complete expense account for client-related activities.
