How You'll Shine

Primary responsibilities include assisting in the control and maintenance of tour, hotel and resort inventory for Corporate Marketing's 20+ budgeted destinations. The Inventory Control Specialist will also support the Reservation Team with booking issues and provides solutions for any issues that may arise.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Control and maintain tour, hotel and resort inventory ensuring bookings are done accurately and that there are no shortages in any market.
  • Facilitate communication with the Reservation Team, resort management, hotel partners, and Travel and Leisure Rental Operations to work collaboratively to resolve inventory needs or issues.
  • Work with site leaders to ensure all tour allotments are loaded to support budget needs.
  • Provide support to the management team as needed to work on research projects.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the timeshare and/or tourism industries
  • Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills with all customers, both internal and external, maintaining a positive brand image and company reputation
  • Ability to analyze data to make decisions
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Must work well under pressure and deadlines
  • Proficient is Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Availability to work shifts: Tuesday-Friday: 12:30 pm- 9:00 PM EST; Saturday: 9:30am-6:00pm EST
