Position Title: Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Position Overview:
This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including the receipt and processing of goods, order picking, product stacking and wrapping, as well as pallet construction. Team members operate independently utilizing a voice-activated system to select items in a multi-temperature setting. Below are some essential duties associated with this role:

  • Safely and precisely select customer orders
  • Assemble orders according to load tickets
  • Shrink wrap and label completed orders
  • Transport finished orders to the shipping area
  • Utilize powered equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Receive incoming products and oversee inventory management
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in physically demanding positions
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment
  • Prior experience in stocking or delivery roles

Physical Requirements:
