The Revenue Innovation team was launched in 2015 by our co-founder, Debbie Shore, with the purpose of uncovering new and creative ways to raise funds and awareness for the kids that we serve. As the Revenue Innovation Intern, you will support the team with our month long Get Fit for No Kid Hungry Live campaign that kicks off in January 2025. In this role, you will assist with researching, recruiting, onboarding and supporting our Get Fit Live hosts. This position is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem-solving skills and an interest in non-profit work. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and help identify target influencers, content creators and other experts in the fitness, health and wellness industry to host livestream fundraisers for our Get Fit Live campaign
  • Help draft and send recruitment emails to new Get Fit host targets as well as past Get Fit hosts
  • Support with onboarding confirmed Get Fit hosts by collecting their information needed to create their personalized fundraising and calendar assets
  • Create fundraising and event calendar pages for confirmed hosts
  • Assist with drafting social posts and other promotional materials for the Get Fit Live campaign
  • Research and identify trends in the fitness and wellness space
  • Special projects and other duties as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Currently enrolled in (or recent graduate of) a degree program
    • Interest and/or some experience working with influencers and content creators
    • Interest and/or some experience in the health, fitness and wellness industry
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Organized, self-motivated, and flexible
    • Outstanding communication skills required
    • Excellent writing skills and social media savvy
    • Excellent and proven research skills
    • Ability to work 20-40 hours per week
