Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in innovation and data analysis.
- At least 2 years of experience collaborating with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Service staff, or Joint Staff.
- Proven track record in assessing and improving Department-wide research, development, testing, and evaluation initiatives related to operational energy.
- Understanding of the full range of installation or operational energy programs under OSD.
- Ability to provide engineering and technical insights on emerging operational energy technologies and concepts, including designs, propulsion, energy storage, and alternative fuels.
- Demonstrated capability to assess the operational energy benefits of initiatives aimed at reducing energy consumption, enhancing supply chain resilience, and increasing organization-wide awareness of energy practices.
- Experience in evaluating funding proposals and contributing to the creation and review of reports and testimonies for Congressional purposes regarding advancements in operational energy.
- Skilled in producing written materials, applying quantitative methodologies, facilitating effective working groups for inter-DoD coordination, and delivering timely support for operational energy projects and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Selected candidates will be subject to a security check and must fulfill the criteria for access to classified information.

Compensation at Booz Allen is determined based on various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience level, along with contract-specific criteria. The salary range for this position is estimated between $84,600.00 and $193,000.00 annually. This figure serves as a general guide and is one component of the comprehensive compensation package offered by Booz Allen.
