What You'll Accomplish:
  • Balance the priorities of clients, teams, and projects with a focus on driving progress toward deliverables and milestones.
  • Independently manage day-to-day activities across small to medium, multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Communicate technical concepts and project updates clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure the consistent application of foundational updates clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure the consistent application of foundational patterns and best practices in multiple project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Select frameworks tailored to specific projects, clients, and teams.
  • Learn to proactively identify and manage project risks.
  • Assist the account team in proactively crafting and communicating project change requests.
  • Evolve processes, templates, and explore new frameworks to improve efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members on tasks within a project to cultivate a high-performing project management team.
  • Break down larger projects into smaller tasks, ensuring team members understand their responsibilities, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Perform tasks in a self-directed manner with an ownership and accountability mindset, seeking support proactively when navigating new projects.
  • Proactively provides any updates to task progress, risk, and roadblocks prior to project or standup meetings.


What You'll Bring:
  • Thorough understanding of project management tools and software, with expert knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Capable of identifying and developing strategies to resolve issues using technical solutions.
  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent time management skills, consistently delivering tasks accurately and on time.
  • Proven ability to train, guide, and mentor team members with a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to promote communication and collaboration among stakeholders to identify project needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience.
