POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Management team is dedicated to executing projects within defined parameters of scope, timeline, and budget, utilizing Cybertrol systems to ensure successful project delivery that meets or surpasses client expectations. The Project Management Specialist will assist Project Managers and collaborate with a diverse team to provide a thorough project experience for clients. This role entails ensuring that project documentation and administrative tasks are meticulously completed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and organize essential documentation related to project requirements.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment between projects, their managers, and project teams.
  • Support the project manager with updates on project status, including progress, deadlines, deliverables, scope challenges, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Assist the project manager in adhering to quality processes to deliver superior hardware and software solutions.
  • Participate in project meetings, documenting minutes and disseminating information to relevant team members.
  • Record and follow up on significant actions and decisions made during meetings.
  • Assist the project manager in the preparation and completion of project initiation and closure documentation.
  • Provide necessary administrative support as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant college degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or business support role or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with industrial control system integration or manufacturing settings.
  • Experience with various project management methodologies, including waterfall, Agile, and/or Scrum.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient in Office365 applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Adept at building positive working relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Office setting with extensive computer usage.
