About your role:

We seek a Director of Product-Led Growth Marketing to help our organization build a world-class growth marketing function. As a Director of Product-Led Marketing, you will develop and implement a product-led growth marketing strategy that drives places of worship and nonprofits to sign up for our free award-winning online and mobile giving app platform. In addition, you will be responsible for creating and executing a strategy that drives donors to install the Givelify app and set up an account.

You will build and lead a team of growth marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to scale and grow our two-sided marketplace profitably. You will own the acquisition of new organizations and donors using our generosity-obsessed products and experiences as measured by KPIs including but not limited to # of qualified leads, conversion rate, # of new organizations acquired, donor app installs, donor accounts, and CAC. If you are a player-coach with a bias toward a deep understanding of product-led growth strategies, we would like to speak to you.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be surrounded by a brilliant team of passionate people with an unwavering commitment to success. You will closely collaborate with marketing pros in brand, customer, content, and product marketing to achieve business growth. Your closest cross-functional partners will include product, customer success, data science, and business development.

As a Director of Product-Led Growth Marketing, you will get to:

Product-Led Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a growth strategy taking a product-first (vs. sales-led) approach that resonates with places of worship, nonprofits, and donors Demand Generation: Reverse engineer a revenue goal into a robust marketing plan with a mix of programs and channel initiatives that can predictably drive revenue for Givelify. Lead full-funnel marketing efforts across all levers (paid media, organic traffic, nurture, and B2B2C) to drive profitable customer acquisition. Identify new channels to reach high-value customers and donors SEO and Traffic: Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy focused on digital content (blogs, ebooks, videos, etc.) to grow organic traffic and organic app downloads. Leverage data and insights from the Givelify databases to create search honeypots that draw organic traffic to the website. Lead and champion SEO, ASO, and SEM to make Givelify the top searched result for online giving and own the online giving category Website and Conversion Rate Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to convert organic and paid traffic into leads and new customers. Design and launch new funnels: from targeting, ad copy, channel selection, landing page design, retargeting, analytics, and reporting, to iterate and improve continuously. Budgeting and Planning: Establish KPIs aligned with product, marketing, and sales to ensure marketing drives predictable demand. Track, monitor, and report key performance metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on the strategy, plans, and performance of the various marketing initiatives and make recommendations for optimization. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence. Mentor and develop team members to drive their professional growth.

To be successful in this role, you'll also:

Build a deep understanding of target audiences using personas, empathy maps, ethnographies, social listening, etc., to understand needs and motivators to drive customer acquisition Collaborate with Product to develop a roadmap for demand generation and SEO Partner with business development and customer success by equipping them with knowledge, processes, and collateral for attracting new customers. Balance internal and external stakeholder needs by sharing, receiving feedback, and iterating Ensure that Givelify traffic sources and conversion data are measured and captured accurately Monitor, track, and report on growth marketing metrics for ongoing optimization Prioritize and organize workload to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment

Your experience:

Bachelor's degree, MBA, or MS in marketing, business, or a similar field is a plus 8+ years of relevant, demonstrable experience in driving new B2B and B2C acquisition, including 4+ years managing a team Hands-on experience in SaaS Demand generation experience with a track record of growing traffic and app installs through SEO and paid channels Experience with A/B testing, analytics, data, measuring platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, Appsflyer/Firebase), project management, and collaboration tools (Asana, Slack, Mural). Experience with Salesforce is a plus Experience with two-sided marketplaces (B2B and B2C) is a plus Experience with product-led growth marketing and mobile app experience is a plus
