Analytics Training & Adoption Leader
The Analytics, Insights & Automation team specializes in building scalable analytical solutions and applications for the North American market of Philips. We work with Sales Excellence leaders, Sales Zone VPs, District Service Managers and Business Partners, Analytics leaders to develop solutions that create process and compliance efficiencies and provide valuable insights on various performance metrics across the North American market. We also partner and collaborate with other markets and global organizations in Philips to share best practices and create synergies where it makes sense.
Using your expertise in data visualization and your experience in communicating the value of analytics, you play a key role in scaling self-service analytics and creating community among the analytical people of Philips North America. Working with Analytic Product Owners, you are responsible for developing and delivering training on analytical products such as reports and dashboards so strong communication but through the creation of job aids as well as virtually in front of a room. You act as a champion of analytical assets that drive a culture of analytics in Philips North America. Here are the details of your role:
You are responsible for:
- In collaboration with the Analytic Product Owners and Tool developers, develop and maintain a library of digital content to demonstrate the usage and business value of analytical products such as Data Visualization in PowerBI, reports in Excel, PowerApps, etc.
- Deliver training to end-users of analytic products, virtually or in-person in a hub location when needed
- Conduct surveys and review reporting on adoption and utilization of analytic products and provide feedback to Product Owners
- Act as a point of contact for end-users for questions or access issues to analytic products
- Act as the Community Manager for the Philips North America Analyst Community covering digital channels and content creation
- Participate in sprint planning with the Tool Delivery and Data Delivery teams regarding inputs and activities related to training
- Perform program and activity management for the North America Director of Analytics, Insights and Automation as needed
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, finance or an analytics related field
- 4+ years in business analytics roles, working with PowerBI or an equivalent data visualization platform
- Proven track record to develop, deliver and maintain digital assets
- Knowledge of project and program management principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
- Experience in Healthcare or Medical Technology Sectors, preferred
- Professional certification in Data Governance and/or Data Quality, preferred
- Experience with data processing languages such as SQL, Python, and Scala. preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies on Azure DevOps and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), preferred
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
