• Organize and facilitate comprehensive training sessions for up to 50 participants at a time.
• Assess training effectiveness by tracking performance metrics and implementing necessary improvements to enhance outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to established training protocols to maintain operational standards and introduce new strategic initiatives.
• Develop training materials using various software tools, including Articulate 360 and Photoshop, to create engaging and effective content.
• Identify and address developmental gaps for individuals and teams through targeted training plans.
• Collaborate with program managers and leadership to revise training documents, implement process changes, and ensure successful adoption across the site.
• Create and maintain internal dashboards to report on training progress and key performance indicators during leadership meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video editing for training content creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in resolving administrative challenges.
• Proven capability to maintain enthusiasm and commitment while adapting to change.
Additional Information:
This role requires flexibility in shift hours, with the possibility of working outside standard production hours. The position mandates on-site presence during work hours, with a typical schedule of five days a week, including odd shifts that may start as early as 6 AM or as late as 1 AM.
Traveling to various locations may be necessary based on business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in training or educational roles, with a strong background in teaching or presenting.
• Willingness to adapt to different areas based on training needs, demonstrating excellent attendance and organizational skills.
