Responsibilities:

  • Interpret sales data and make recommendations for revenue strategy
  • Leading and developing the sales operation strategies for the firm's goals.
  • Manage essential Salesforce administrative tasks.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to set up to track leads and enhance sales cycle.
  • Lead technology stack enhancements to support the revenue operations and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Preferred to have Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud certifications as well as marketing automation experience.
  • Knowledge of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
  • Willingness to work in person 5 days week with a small tight knit business.
