About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Sales Enablement team at Snowflake Computing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement content, including playbooks, workshops, and training programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales process gaps and develop solutions
  • Design and implement sales methodologies and skills training programs
  • Drive the creation of insightful content for review with subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Travel as needed to support regional teams and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical partner enablement, sales engineering, and/or technical product marketing
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong consultative skills, including discovery, problem-solving, and facilitation
  • Experience with learning design, measurement, and enablement tooling
  • Domain expertise in sales methodologies, skills, and run-the-business skills
