The Wealth Role Readiness Champion will support a specific role (Wealth Advisory, Client Relationship Management (CRM), Administrative Assistant (AA), or Wealth Leadership) as a change champion. The role will ensure Wealth Management frontline associates are fully prepared to facilitate the implementation of sales and service updates and improvements to our clients. This includes promoting the adoption of new initiatives through effective rollout activities. The main focus of the role will be to provide learning platforms that incorporate enterprise messaging updates and the sharing of best practices tailored to specific roles.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Owns the end-to-end relationship for Wealth Management roles (Wealth Advisory, Client Relationship Management (CRM), Administrative Assistant (AA), or Wealth Leadership) by ensuring they are supported with business processes and technology, and enabled by standard policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Represents Wealth Management roles (Wealth Advisory, Client Relationship Management (CRM), Administrative Assistant (AA), or Wealth Leadership) in readiness and remediation activities while providing input into practice management processes.
  • Drives scale for role advocacy, best practice sharing, and accountability for the ultimate goals of optimizing client growth and retention.
  • Represent, champion, and lead operational readiness efforts for Wealth Management roles.
  • Collaborate & communicate with Wealth Management roles on business decisions, value, and impact of operational change.
  • Partner closely with internal associate communications team to ensure timely delivery leads on role specific messages; determine appropriate platform for uploading and maintaining supporting materials.
  • Own Standards of Practice (SOPs) and ensure accountability for consistent execution across Wealth Management roles.
  • Serves as business development project Subject Matter Expert (SME), as needed.
  • Delivers on engagement model for Frontline Readiness to include streamlined readiness and rollout processes and creates a comprehensive role-based readiness calendar.
  • Accountable for ensuring associates are aware and proficient in business updates and change events.

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $97,000/yr. - $118,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
