Position Highlights:
Compensation:
Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, with additional bonus opportunities based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment:
This role requires in-person interaction with clients, emphasizing relationship building and trust.

Role Purpose:
Wealth Advisors play a crucial role in nurturing client relationships, focusing on retention and satisfaction. They engage with referral partners through branch visits, prospect meetings, and client events. Advisors collaborate closely with the Capital Advisors Research and Allocation teams to tailor client portfolios that align with their investment goals. They also partner with the Financial Planning team to create and implement comprehensive, goal-oriented financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Capital Advisors expects all employees to comply with our ethical standards, compliance manual, personal trading, and cybersecurity policies. Specific policies relevant to the Wealth Advisor role include:
- Junxure Policy
- Fee Schedule
- Custodian partner engagement rules

Core Responsibilities Include:
1. **Client Advisement**
- Conduct portfolio reviews and discuss strategies with clients.
- Maintain and adapt client portfolios as their life circumstances evolve.
- Collaborate with the Allocation team on financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Prepare presentations for client and prospect events.
- Work with the Financial Planning team to develop and deliver tailored financial plans.

2. **Business Development**
- Cultivate new business opportunities.
- Expand our network of strategic partners.
- Execute the firm’s marketing objectives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Required FINRA license (Series 65)
- Preferred 5+ years of relevant experience
- CFP designation is a plus
