Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Preferred qualifications include FINRA Series 7/6, SIE, and 63/66, though not mandatory
  • A foundational understanding of financial advisory roles and a keen interest in financial products is crucial
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, financial planning tools, CRM systems, and related software is necessary
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills for effective customer service
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate cash flow, income-to-debt ratios, financial status, and more to assist clients in identifying and reaching their financial objectives
  • Deliver strategic recommendations on products, plans, and investments to facilitate clients' financial advancement
  • Serve as a reliable advisor for new clients, proactively seeking and establishing connections
  • Embrace a collaborative role, open to ongoing education and training
  • Develop tailored financial plans for clients based on their unique life stages and requirements
  • Stay updated on economic trends to apply your expertise effectively
  • Provide support to clients during pivotal moments

$60,000 - $130,000 annually
