EXCITING OPPORTUNITY:
  • Primary role in delivering monthly client reports
  • Creation and management of dashboard displays
  • Establish continuous communication with insurance providers to track claim patterns
  • Stay updated on available products and solutions
  • Develop strategies for employer/employee contributions and projection-based modeling (e.g., M&A resources, contribution and migration modeling)
  • Collaborate closely with actuarial partners on project-based assignments
  • Contribute to team projects as required
  • Perform data manipulation and formatting tasks
  • Assist in project-based medical utilization work
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial consulting within an insurance provider or consulting setting
  • Prior experience with an insurer, particularly in medical aspects, is desirable
  • Familiarity with funding mechanisms, including fully insured and self-insured approaches
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities
  • Proficiency in mathematics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Capability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Initiative-taking attitude, adept at problem-solving, multitasking, and performing under pressure
A competitive starting salary of $90,000.00 USD annually, with room for negotiation at the time of the offer.
