Required Basic Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Prior working experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, accounting or Medicaid/medicare line of business is plus
  • Working experience with data, SQL, PL Sql, Cognos reporting is plus
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate $47.00-$52.00

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
