In this critical role, the Senior Associate, State Tax will not only ensure Moderna's compliance with State tax regulations but also drive strategic tax planning to support the company's global mission. Heres What Youll Do:Tax Provision: Assist with the preparation and/or review of quarterly and annual state tax provisions for US filing requirements, return to provision calculations and explanations, and tax account reconciliations. This task requires an act with urgency approach, ensuring Moderna's global compliance and financial health.U.S. State Tax Return Support: Aid in the preparation of crucial tax calculations with supporting documentation, embodying the obsess over learning mindset to navigate the complexities of tax reforms and international compliance.
