Position has the authority to perform specific duties related to A/R, A/P, G/L, Bank Reconciliations, management of payroll, monthly inventory of goods and equipment, as well as office management of onboarding new employees and supplies.


Responsibilities include:
*Reporting on financial statements.

*Data entry into QB & RMA (Industry AR Software)

*Administer needs for YE reports to accountant

*Assuring accuracy in financial statements and payroll

*Review and analyze card statements to match with receipts

*Insure accuracy in inventory of goods and equipment

*Process benefits enrollments and terminations according to company policy

*Maintain payment portals of customers

*Promptly manage past due accounts

*Administer SAIF

*Ensure proper and timely payment of all tax needs for City, State, and Federal

You will need good attention to detail, multi-task, excellent familiarity with MS Office programs, willingness to learn industry software, dispatching service calls, and a variety of tasks when needed.
