KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ensure Effective Plant Financial Management -

  • Responsible for development, execution and monitoring of the annual operating plan, periodic financial forecasts, and monthly financial close.
  • Monitor financial performance and develop plans to close any gaps to plant targets.
  • Support site delivery of annual HMM targets.
  • Develop, coach and lead Richmond finance team of 2 direct reports to deliver financial excellence and superior customer service to both internal plant and external stakeholders.

Ensure Effective Financial Controls-

  • Ensure the control environment complies with all company policies and supports the safeguarding of company assets.
  • Maintain audit ready status of internal controls through periodic review and self-audit.

Plant Leadership Team Responsibilities-

  • Collaborate as a strong voice on the Richmond Leadership Team (RLT) and represent 'The Voice of the Plant' on functional teams.
  • Support development and execution of site strategies, including Safety, Organizational Health, Zero Loss Culture and Business Process Management.
  • Provide support and leadership on cross functional plant and corporate initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well on a cross-functional team, build effective relationships across all levels of the organization (Partnership for Impact) and coach / develop others

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7+ years of related experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working in a finance/accounting role within manufacturing
  • Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing others and leading teams
  • Experience in food manufacturing
  • Proven analytical and strategic skills (Analytic Proficiency)
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Assertive, self-confident, and willing to offer opinions and insights (Plant/Site Leadership)

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $ $ / Annually.
