Job Description

Drive Digital Transformation at Mondelēz International

As a Site Automation Lead, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives across our manufacturing sites. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to lead, coordinate, and implement automation upgrades and process visualization systems. Your expertise in industrial automation, electrical systems, and control systems will be essential in ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and maintain automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams on electrical systems and control systems.
  • Develop and maintain personal technical knowledge in plant electrical and control systems.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in industrial automation, electrical systems, and control systems.
  • Experience in CPG manufacturing and TPM-Total Productive Maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
