Site Automation Lead

As a Site Automation Lead, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and automation initiatives across our manufacturing sites. Your expertise in electrical systems, control systems, and industrial automation will be instrumental in improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate digital transformation initiatives, automation upgrades, and process visualization systems to drive business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all new implementations align with global standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge in plant electrical and control systems, including PLCs, DCS, and industrial communication networks.
- Provide technical support to maintenance teams during assigned shifts and on-call support as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify improvements and drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Manage and maintain updated electrical and control documentation and resources.
- Ensure compliance with all current Federal, State, and Local government safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other related fields of study, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of industrial automation experience, with 5+ years of automation management experience and 2+ years of automation transformation leadership experience.
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry, with expertise in TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, with demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
Work Schedule
- Ability to work any shift, with on-call support as required.
