This role entails blending various learning approaches such as classroom training, virtual sessions, and self-directed learning to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on the development of service and installation training strategies
  • Lead a team of Service and Install Learning Specialists
  • Create and implement training programs and content
  • Mentor and guide direct reports for optimal performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address training needs
  • Ensure timely completion of learning projects within budget
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, people leadership, and learning facilitation
  • Previous experience in installation and service training
  • Ability to travel nationwide up to 50% of the time
  • Construction knowledge or Installation Masters Certified is a plus
