Axe Throwing Manager Job Description

Emagine Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Axe Throwing Manager to join our team. As an Axe Throwing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of Axe Masters to provide an exceptional guest experience at our luxury theatres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Axe Masters to ensure excellent guest service and a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including facility maintenance, equipment management, and technology upkeep.
  • Partner with the General Manager to update social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Continuously learn about new Axe Throwing rules, techniques, games, and safety measures to stay up-to-date and provide the best possible experience for our guests.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of management experience in a guest service setting, preferably in a theatre or retail environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
