The Project Coordinator will play an important role in supporting Blink's Project Managers as they oversee complex UX research and user-centered design projects for our clients. They will take on increasing responsibility as they build their project management skills. This role will be responsible for keeping our team on the right track by monitoring schedule, budget, and helping to see and remove roadblocks that come up throughout the lifecycle of a project.

Our ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, feel giddy around a beautifully organized spreadsheet, and a dedication to delivering extremely high-quality work.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinating research and user-centered design projects through all project phases.
  • Planning and tracking project profitability.
  • Facilitating change management process – Announce, Quantify, Review, Inform, Pursue, Record.
  • Creating project plans and ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.
  • Building relationships with clients and internal employees facilitating collaboration across teams.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and promote consistency within the team.

What we are looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Highly motivated with a focus on the details.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills. Able to build rapport with our clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Passionate about process, learning, collaborating, and growth.
  • Ability to juggle multiple, varying projects in a fast-paced environment.

Things that would be nice to have, but not required:

  • Experience designing presentation decks in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
  • Experience tracking project budgets and financial reporting.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm.
  • A knowledge of user-centered design, UX research, or UX generally.
